Moreau is a monk and an ally of Ghost Rider.
Biography
Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance
Moreau is a french mercenary who's mission was to protect a boy called Danny Ketch. He later "asked" Johnny Blaze for his help even though he didnt needed it and made a deal that if he does, he will lift the curse of the Spirit of Vengeance.
Once Johnny delivers the boy, the monks do not hold on to their promise. The monks then concluded that Johnny is too dangerous and decided to kill him. But Blackout shows up and kills the monks.
Moraeu and Johnny go and stop Roarke, but during the fight, Moraeu is killed by Blackout. Ghost Rider then kills Blackout and defeated Mephisto by sending the latter back to Hell.
